Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds at Luxanoir.

1. Returns:

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for items that are:
• Unused
• In their original packaging
• In resellable condition

Return shipping is the buyer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

2. Non-Returnable Items:
• Sale items
• Final clearance
• Custom or personalized items

3. Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email about your refund status. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders:

If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at hi.there@luxanoirco.com with photos and your order number.
